Originally constructed in 1840 as two large family homes within one of Paddington's most iconic terraces, this building was converted into their current hotel use in the mid-1960s.

The original Grade II listed stucco facade including the attractive Portico entrances still stands strong in context & the building has a 1960s extension at the rear.

We are carrying out a full refurbishment of all levels as providing well as full interior design services.

Various extensions are also being carried out in order to heighten the guest user experience.

The project is under construction & due for completion in 2026.
