The development lies within a courtyard accessed off Tooting High Street, which successfully converted six Victorian commercial units for residential use.

The converted units are unique in character, blending contemporary living with exposed period fabric such as glazed brick walls & existing steel beams.

The residential apartments are complimented with an intelligent circadian lighting system which reacts to the human rhythm in terms of light, and the brightness of its surroundings.

The public realm proposals transformed an old disused courtyard into a private shared amenity whereas all dwellings also benefit from their own private terrace.
