This new build 6 storey hotel scheme was granted permission in July 2021.

The existing hotel is situated close to Wembley Stadium.

The building design features a strict concrete framed grid system framing each individual bedroom with a subtle staggering of the floor plates away from residential properties in order to respect both daylight and sight lines. The building is due to start construction 2026.

We managed to gain approval for an 8 storey building including a 2 storey basement. The consent allows for an additional 64 new double bedrooms with a single storey extension above the adjacent existing building. The building is concrete framed with brick outer skin and the rear facade features cloaked perforated metal screens to obscure from overlooking residential gardens.
