This site was historically used as studios & workshops within a Victorian period building, modified & extended over the years without purpose or orientation for a continued established use.

Our brief calls for exploring opportunities to create residential or hospitality use, both as an option for new-build & also re-purposing the existing building.

We are working with energy consultants to test zero-carbon opportunities on this site which will offer options for making best use of the existing structures with a view towards maximising sustainable opportunities.

This project has been submitted for planning permission.
