This site is situated in Thornton Heath, Croydon comprising a site area of approximately 1093 sqm within an existing industrial building.

The immediate area is surrounded by new-build structures up to 6/7 storeys in height, some which are mixed-use.

Our brief calls for a residential solution within a highly complex site, surrounded on all boundaries & overlooked by multi-storey flats which demands a challenging yet robust solution to avoid existing site lines.

This project requires a close working relationship with Croydon Council as well as the daylight specialist to ensure those around & within the development are not disadvantaged in any way.

We are currently at the concept stage testing various massing options.
