14 Kensington Square is a Grade II listed building located within the Kensington Square Conservation Area. In addition to extending & modifying the house, our brief was to restore, renovate and replace missing architectural features in order to restore its missing character and beauty.

We created a new basement extension measuring 81m2. The garden basement excavation incorporated a projecting garden up-stand window for natural daylight ingress within the basement gym space below.

A unique ‘floating’ glass staircase accesses the basement from ground level which offers a large gym, sauna, wine store and plant room facilities.
