This new-build mixed-use site infills a plot which was previously bombed during WW2, in a prime location in Kensington which creates a two-storey commercial use with flats above. Currently, a two-storey take-away unit occupies the site which has been boarded up for many years.

Commercial premises will occupy the basement and ground floors, with residential units occupying the upper levels.

The building was carefully designed with the RBKC conservation team in order that it sits comfortably in context within the Victorian streetscape.

The facade design reintroduces the lost feature gables which distinguishes this plot amongst its neighbours.

The project is due to commence on site in 2026.
