Two independent plots are involved with this project, one at a corner junction & the other set further along a perpendicular street. Both plots involve very different solutions, since site conditions & constraints very, meaning that the design solutions are very different between the two.

At the corner plot, a new-build dwelling is proposed attached to a Victorian house. The new proposal period acknowledges design features such as the bay window & roof profile, however adds various contemporary cues to introduce a unique architectural character with zinc roof / wall shingles & an exposed pre-cast concrete facade.

The other plot creates a contrasting terrace design with large bay windows & balconies to the front with amenity to the rear. Building heights relate strictly to neighbouring structures, staggering from taller to shorter units along Westbury Road.

The project has planning approval and is due to start on site
