The client brief was to create a ground floor rear kitchen extension, first floor rear bedroom extension &. a roof extension within the Alderbrook Conservation Area.

The proposal involved exposed bricks within the kitchen / dining space with Herringbone timber flooring running front to the back of the house.

The kitchen / dining space dominates the rear extension which benefits from uninterrupted views towards the garden.

Bold contrasting colours were used throughout the dwelling which expresses individual character within various spaces.
